1. Introduction These Customer Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Ecofounders - References for Confluence plugin ("Plugin"). By installing and using the Plugin, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

2. License Ecofounders grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these Terms. The Plugin is licensed, not sold.

3. Usage You agree to use the Plugin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of your Atlassian Confluence license. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Plugin complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Plugin.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Plugin.

5. Updates and Support Ecofounders may provide updates or enhancements to the Plugin at its discretion. Support for the Plugin will be provided as described on the Atlassian Marketplace listing or other Ecofounders documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecofounders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Plugin.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Termination Ecofounders reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Plugin at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ecofounders is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms Ecofounders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Plugin following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
